They feature a simple white leather upper, along with silver patent leather on the heel tab and toe cap. The black accents, which can be seen on the outsole, Jumpman logo, and inner lining, are nice touches. The low top versions consist of features such as a quick lace system and an outsole which features a solid, modified version of the herringbone pattern, which provides great traction on the hardwood, as well as new flex groove details for added flexibility.

The Air Jordan 19 (XIX) Original (OG) SE – West (White / Metallic Gold – Varsity Purple) were released on November 13, 2004, and retailed for $165. They feature a white leather upper with with purple secondary colors, and gold accents, which are highly remnant of the Los Angeles Lakers color scheme. They feature stitched designs along the sides, remnant of the Air Jordan 12 (XII). They feature a purple patent leather toe area, purple and gold outsole, and a purple inner lining. The lacing eyelets and Jumpman logo are also gold, which definitely help to spice up the shoe. Although they don’t feature the highly noticeable straps and mesh typically seen on the Air Jordan 19 (XIX), they do still consist of specifications which deal with comfort, such as a phylon midsole with a double stack Air Sole Unit in the heel, combined with a full length zoom air bag, as well as a 3/4 length carbon fiber shank for added support. The Air Jordan 21 (XX1 or XXI) – Varsity Red / Metallic Silver – Black were released on February 18, 2006, and retailed for $180. They feature an all red suede upper with black and metallic silver accents. The Air Jordan 21 (XXI) was designed by D?Wayne Edwards and is modeled after the Bentley Continental GT coupe. There is some resemblance to the car, presumably the car?s ?matrix? front grill and the front of the shoe. Forefoot breathe-ability features are combined with a newly engineered durable textile for support and durability in key performance areas. An evolution of the I.P.S (Independent Podular Suspension)? can be seen on these from the Air Jordan 20 (XX), and now include interchangeable cushioning technology with a customizable heel zoom pillar or heel encapsulated pillar. The carbon fiber shank plate offers midfoot and arch support, which adds to the comfort these provide, which is what they were truly built for. The I.P.S. technology is integrated with the outsole through raised herringbone pods for traction in strategic performance areas. This new innovative outsole pattern offers multi-directional traction. These are one of the louder colorways of the Air Jordan 21 (XXI), and are adored by fanatics.

The Air Jordan 12 (XII) Original (OG) – White / Varsity Red – Black was released in January of 1997, and retailed for $135. It features a white, black and red colorway. A small detail that’s really nice about the shoe is the way the creators wrote “23″ on the tongue, by actually spelling out the “2″, so it says “TWO 3″. The shoe’s stitching is reminiscent of sun rays, as the shoe is modeled after? the ?Nisshoki?, which is the Japanese rising sun flag, as well as a 19th century women?s dress boot. The red portion features a lizard print design, reminiscent of the Air Jordan 2 (II). Besides that, the shoe features specs such as leather uppers, carbon fiber sheath and Air sole, as well as a quick lacing system.

The Air Jordan 8 (VIII) Retro – Aquas (Black / Bright Concord – Aqua Tone) was one of the most anticipated retro releases of all time. The Air Jordan 4 (IV) Retro – White / Military Blue – Neutral Grey was not as big of a hit as many thought it would be. Early sample pics of the shoe revealed an all white upper with blue trim. It wasn’t until we saw actual pictures that the grey portion around the toe was introduced. It’s still a nice colorway, but the sample pics looked much better.
